Services for Size 5 & 11 Bescodyne Drives
NEW CISCO Drives: You can get a New CISCO Drive for your plant; if you are considering buying a spare, CALL US FIRST! We have New CISCO Drives for a main drive or vibration. New CISCO Drives feature genuine CISCO parts.
REBUILDS: When your Bescodyne drive needs service, let CISCO COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLE AND REBUILD it for you. If you do not have a spare, we can ship you a "loaner" to use while your drive is being rebuilt.
LOANERS: We provide loaners for customers to use while their Bescodyne drive is being rebuilt. THE LOANER SERVICE IS FREE as long as all switches are done in a timely manner. We ask that the switch be made and your Bescodyne drive shipped within one week after receiving the loaner.
EXCHANGES: We send you a rebuilt drive, WARRANTIED AS NEW, and you send us your Bescodyne drive in need of repair. This option may be best if you do not have time to take a loaner on and off.
PARTS: All of our parts are made to our exact specifications by state of the art manufacturing facilities in the U.S. Our years of experience rebuilding have helped us to make every possible improvement to our parts. CISCO parts are BETTER THAN THE ALTERNATIVE!
KITS: Some of our customers are confident rebuilding their own Bescodyne drives. If this is the case for you, we are YOUR BEST PARTS SOURCE! WE STOCK ALL PARTS! We offer rebuild kits for size 11 and size 5 Bescodyne drives.
EMERGENCY SERVICE: We stock Loaners, New Drives and Exchanges that are ready for shipment in case of emergency. We can air freight you a loaner or an exchange to STAY RUNNING!
WARRANTY: We offer a COMMON SENSE warranty. What good is a warranty if it expires while your drive is sitting on the shelf as a spare?

Services for Size 20 Bescodyne Drives
CISCO also offers services for size 20 Bescodyne drives. We currently offer rebuilds and exchanges for the size 20. Because of the size of these units it is impractical to offer a loaner program. If you are planning a winter shutdown, we can rebuild your drive and have it back to you quickly. If you cannot have a shutdown, we can do an exchange for a rebuilt drive.
Services for Bescostop Motorbrakes
Due to a large number of requests CISCO is now offering services for size MB-280 Bescostop Motorbrakes commonly used in vibration. This is a new direction for us, but you can expect the same great service.
Many of our customers are comfortable repairing the Bescostop Motorbrakes themselves, and often only need a seal kit. The seal kit does not include the clutch pack, but feedback and customer requests tell us that 2 out of 3 times the clutch pack does not need replacing. However, when it is time to replace the clutch pack, we have them available as well.
Sheaves & Belts
CISCO also stocks and sells all Sheaves, Bushings and Belts for the size 5 Bescodyne Vibration. That includes the MTO Flywheel Sheave! It is very important to maintain good condition Sheaves and Belts. High Belt tension caused by worn Sheaves and Belts is the number one cause of failure for size 5 Bescodyne Drives.
